Squad Health is solving the number one problem—access—in the $500B specialty medication market. We’re doing this by obsessively solving the root cause of the problem: providers are drowning in dozens of hours of administrative work per week on medications, from benefits verification to prior authorizations to patient assistance. We are solving the problem for providers and, by extension, their patients, by integrating with not only their systems (e.g. EMRs) but with every key stakeholder—payers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our AI platform dramatically increases a patient’s ability to get access to life-changing therapies by centralizing and automating these complex workflows and in doing so we are driving scaled impact for manufacturers who see access as their number one barrier to success.
In the near future, a significant percentage of the expensive medications in the US will go through Squad’s platform. Providers will start every prescribing journey by sending the order or prescription to us, and our platform will take over from there. Our belief is that by being the first medication access platform to truly put providers and their patients first, we will transform how they experience the medication journey and eliminate the overwhelming barriers to access that exist today.

Squad Health is hiring a Founding GTM Strategy & Operations to own and scale a strategic customer vertical within the company. In this role, you will both strategy AND execution of commercial priorities. You will be responsible for driving commercial outcomes across the vertical — including customer acquisition, expansion, engagement, operational performance, and long-term growth strategy.
You will work cross-functionally with leadership, operations, product, and customer teams to design and execute scalable go-to-market initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with significant ownership and visibility. The ideal candidate understands how GTM organizations operate at scale and can translate customer, product, and market insights into actionable growth strategies.
This is an externally facing role that requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
