Squad Health is solving the number one problem—access—in the $500B specialty medication market. We’re doing this by obsessively solving the root cause of the problem: providers are drowning in dozens of hours of administrative work per week on medications, from benefits verification to prior authorizations to patient assistance. We are solving the problem for providers and, by extension, their patients, by integrating with not only their systems (e.g. EMRs) but with every key stakeholder—payers, pharmacies, pharmaceutical manufacturers. Our AI platform dramatically increases a patient’s ability to get access to life-changing therapies by centralizing and automating these complex workflows and in doing so we are driving scaled impact for manufacturers who see access as their number one barrier to success.
In the near future, a significant percentage of the expensive medications in the US will go through Squad’s platform. Providers will start every prescribing journey by sending the order or prescription to us, and our platform will take over from there. Our belief is that by being the first medication access platform to truly put providers and their patients first, we will transform how they experience the medication journey and eliminate the overwhelming barriers to access that exist today.

We are looking for someone to support our Product & Operations to strengthen the feedback loop between product development and core operations.
This role is ideal for a highly analytical operator who has worked in operationally complex environments—bonus points for experience in healthcare—and enjoys translating real-world processes into automated workflows and product improvements. You will sit firmly at the intersection of product and operations, helping ensure our platform meaningfully improves operational efficiency and accuracy while also identifying and distilling opportunities for the product to automate or eliminate manual processes.
In the increasingly ubiquitous world of AI, this is one of the most critical roles at our company. Everything we do revolves around tightening and acting on the feedback loop between operations and product to ensure that we build the right agents and that our agents can be used and orchestrated properly by the subject matter experts.
