We are seeking an experienced founding, business development representative at Squad Health to provide effective cold outreach to new medical practices and partner with Squad. This role sits at the front end of the go-to-market engine and is responsible for building a strong pipeline of provider opportunities for the broader growth team. The ideal candidate is energized by outbound prospecting, relationship-building, and learning the healthcare ecosystem. They will be a hunter with a focus on acquiring new provider partners through conferences, cold-calling, email outreach and other acquisition channels. They will also have the ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment and engage directly with physicians and office staff.
